The N Male to FME Male adapter is a coaxial adapter that still finds occasional use. It can be used to connect a cable ending in an FME Female connector to a wireless device that uses an N Female connection.

Both the FME Male and N Male connectors are characterised by a central pin and internal threading. The pin of the N Male connector is designed to fit into the socket of an N Female connector, while the pin of the FME Male is intended for insertion into an FME Female's socket, and its internal threading allows a secure connection by screwing onto the FME Female's external thread.

Although the N Male to FME Male adapter can be used in various RF applications, it's worth noting that FME connectors are not commonly in use in current technology. They have been largely superseded by connectors designed for higher frequencies or better performance, like SMA or N connectors. However, FME connectors may still be found in some legacy systems or specific applications requiring their unique form factor or specifications.
